By accessing our website (https://nextgenpadelpk.com/) and registering for any NextGenPadelPK tournament, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Creation and Accuracy
- Users must provide accurate, truthful information during sign-up and registration.
- Age Verification: Providing a false date of birth or age to wrongfully enter an age-restricted bracket, such as entering a U18 tournament while over-age, will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament and a permanent ban from the NextGen ranking system. Entry fees for disqualified players will not be refunded.
2. Off-Site Payments and Bracket Confirmation
- Creating a profile or submitting a registration form on the website does not guarantee a spot in a tournament bracket.
- Positions in the draw are only confirmed once the registration fee is paid via our designated offline channels, such as Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa, and proof of payment is verified by the NextGen management team via WhatsApp.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Once tournament brackets are drawn and finalized, registration fees are strictly non-refundable, as cancellations disrupt the fixtures for other players. If an event is permanently cancelled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued offline.
3. Player Conduct and Walkovers
- All players are expected to display proper sportsmanship. NextGenPadelPK reserves the right to disqualify any player or team exhibiting abusive behavior, cheating, or misconduct on or off the court.
- Timeliness is critical. Failure to show up for a scheduled match within the designated grace period will result in an automatic walkover for the opposing team.
4. Liability Waiver (Injury and Safety)
- Padel is an active, physical sport involving inherent risks of injury. By registering and participating in a NextGenPadelPK event, players and their parents/guardians acknowledge these risks.
- NextGenPadelPK, its founders, organizers, and the host venue facilities are not liable for any physical injuries, medical conditions, or loss/damage of personal property sustained during tournament matches or while on the event premises.
5. Media Release
NextGenPadelPK actively documents events to grow the youth padel community. By participating in our tournaments, you grant NextGenPadelPK the right to use match photographs, video footage, and names on our official Instagram page (@nextgenpadelpk) and website for promotional and ranking purposes.
